Key Responsibilities

Now Assist & GenAI Implementation

Design and implement Now Assist use cases such as:
- AI generated case/task summaries
- Agent assist and response recommendations
- Knowledge article generation and improvement
- Chat-based and conversational experiences
Configure and manage Now Assist for ITSM CSM HRSD and Custom Apps
Develop and optimize prompts contextual grounding and AI responses aligned with business outcomes

ServiceNow Development

Build and customize solutions using:
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies
- Catalog items and virtual agent topics
Develop reusable components and scalable AI-enabled workflows
Support AI features across workspace and portal experiences
