The Marketing Director will lead the development execution and continuous optimization of the Groups marketing strategy to drive brand awareness strengthen market positioning and support business growth. This is a strategic and visible leadership role requiring a visionary mindset strong business acumen creativity and advanced analytical skills. As a member of the Group Top Management team the Marketing Director plays a key role in shaping the companys overall identity and positioning. The role serves as Deputy to the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic alignment across the Marketing Communication and PR functions.

- Oversee marketing activities across digital and offline channels
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Coordinate simultaneous acquisition campaigns across ATL and digital channels aligned with active commercial offers and market dynamics
- Use market intelligence and customer insights to continuously refine targeting messaging and channel mix
- Drive qualified lead generation through creative strategy media planning and campaign delivery
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on initiatives
- Collaborate with sales product and communication teams to support business goals
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Build and mentor a strong marketing team
Brand Management:- Define and maintain the companys brand identity ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Supervise the creation of brand guidelines and monitor adherence internally and externally.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys vision and business objectives.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
Integrated Marketing:- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital offline events) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee content creation for websites social media and advertising materials.
- Ensure alignment between brand communication and commercial offers
Market Insights:- Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and market expansion.
Demand Generation:- Own demand generation programs delivering qualified leads to the commercial funnel
- Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies using data-driven approaches.
Budget Management:- Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and measure ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with Sales Product Development and Communication & PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Support internal communication initiatives to align marketing with corporate objectives.
Performance Monitoring:- Define and track marketing performance metrics (e.g. brand awareness lead conversion campaign ROI).
- Prepare regular reports for the CEO and executive team recommending adjustments based on results.
Team Leadership:- Recruit develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity accountability and continuous improvement within the department.
What we are looking for: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field;
- Proven experience (8 years) in senior marketing roles;
- Nice to have: experience in industries with shared ownership of the commercial funnel (utilities telecom banking insurance or subscription services);
- Strong understanding of digital and integrated marketing;
- Experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns;
- Data-driven mindset and ability to work with performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
