Role description:
Oversee the coordination and alignment of digital marketing tools and platforms including:
Website and digital properties
CRM and customer data environments
SEO performance tracking
Paid media and continuous performance optimization
Performance Measurement & Analytics
Define monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve efficiency and results
Develop structured decision-ready performance reports
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
Test analyze and scale initiatives based on data insights
Translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
Act as the primary analytics and performance interface with internal teams
Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners
Provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategy and planning
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in digital marketing performance analytics or related roles
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to work across multiple digital systems and data sources
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance logic
Ability to turn numbers into clear actions
Structured detail-oriented and solution-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with analytics reporting or marketing technology platforms
Exposure to multi-channel digital environment
Experience in e-commerce services or complex business models
