Job Summary
Position Summary
The Office Manager supports the administrative financial and accounting operations of Bristol Culinary Services portfolio. This is an office-based role responsible for coordinating purchasing costing human resources including benefits management assisting with bookkeeping managing documentation and handling general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented professional.
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice organization
- Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and organize documentation for accounting and management
- Support month-end and reporting processes as needed
Documentation & File Management
- Manage documentation including contracts invoices tax records and operational files
- Maintain consistent file naming and folder structures for easy retrieval and audits
Systems & Software
- Learn and operate Bristol backend operational systems
- Assist with KPI reports sales and reporting functions within Bristol platforms
- Follow Bristol brand standards and internal company procedures
General Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
- Assist management with scheduling correspondence and data entry
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and summaries as requested
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of bookkeeping and financial documentation (GAAP)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in culinary facility management or administrative roles
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Experience with POS Systems
