You will join a small high-performing team focused on serving high-net-worth Latin American clients through investment and integrated banking solutions. The ideal candidate brings an existing portable portfolio and is motivated to scale their business in a flexible entrepreneurial environment.
This is a hunter profile role designed for advisors who want to grow their practice while maintaining ownership of client relationships and leveraging a banking infrastructure tailored to international clients.

Location: Miami FL (or relocation to Florida)
Transfer and manage an existing portfolio of LATAM-focused clients
Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management
Deliver investment advisory and brokerage services
Collaborate with internal banking teams to provide lending and financial solutions
Maintain full ownership of client relationships and long-term portfolio growth
Active FINRA Series 7 license required
Series 66 or Series 63 65 required
Proven track record managing an existing client portfolio (target range: $70M-$150M AUM)
Strong hunter mentality and business development focus
Experience serving Latin American clients
Fluency in Spanish and English
Based in Florida or willing to relocate
Permanent authorization to work in the US.
Commission-only structure: 50% payout on generated revenue OR base salary structure may be available for hybrid wealth management profiles and will be discussed during the interview process
Additional performance incentives may be available based on assets transferred
