Description

As anIT Program Management Leadhere at Honeywell you will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results.

You will report directly to our Director ITand you will work out of ourUS Aerospacelocations preferably Phoenix or Charlotteon aHybridwork schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of IT initiatives support cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth. You will support the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the OrdertoCash (O2C) value stream. This role will drive standardization optimization and automation of O2C processesincluding Order Management Pricing Billing Credit and Accounts Receivableas part of a multiyear SAP S/4HANA transformation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies.

You will be accountable for modernizing global O2C operations improving cash flow and customer experience and ensuring compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory and contractual requirements while aligning IT delivery with enterprise business objectives.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of IT programs ensuring they meet scope budget and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives deliverables and success criteria.
  • Monitor program progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support the endtoend O2C transformation strategy aligned to SAP S/4HANA covering:
    • Order capture & management
    • Pricing Quoting & contracts management
    • Billing & invoicing
    • Credit collections & dispute management
  • Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable repeatable O2C operations


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in IT program management demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience leading largescale ERP or S/4HANA transformations preferably within OrdertoCash or customerfacing processes.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in IT program or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) Colorado Connecticut and Hawaii is $100K - $130K. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California the annual base salary range is $115K - $145K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
