Education Manager Professional Oral Care (F/M)
Salary: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging educational programs (online & offline) to dentists students and other dental professionals.
- Present scientific and product content through talks webinars and congresses(face-to-face and digital).
- Build and manage relationships with dental and non-dental influencers speakers and key opinion leaders to grow brand ambassadorship.
- Cooperate with external partners and dental public health structuresto drive advocacy and recommendations.
- Lead the organization of educational eventsand presence at relevant congresses and conventions.
- Capture and track activities and customer interactions in C4Cand report on key performance indicators.
- Support and train internal teams with scientific and educational contentin collaboration with Scientific Affairs.
Requirements
- Background indentistry dental hygiene health sciences or related field(degree preferred).
- Experience deliveringscientific or educational presentationsto professional audiences.
- Strongcommunication and presentation skills comfortable with large and small audiences.
- Experience working withdental professionals universities or professional associationsis a strong plus.
- Ability to build and maintainlong-term relationshipswith influencers and partners.
- Strongorganizational skills; able to plan and execute events and projects independently.
- Comfortable working withdigital tools and platforms(webinars online education CRM such as C4C).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: 9 000 - 11 600 PLN gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
