About the role
The Operations Transformation & Reform department sits within AEMOs Operations division and has a pivotal role to drive forward the strategic transformation of operational capabilities to ensure readiness for evolving systems and markets. Looking ahead the department will support and enable Operations to manage energy system challenges through reform technology innovation and international best practice adoption. This department is responsible for embedding a culture of agility and innovation by embracing new ideas and responsible change that enhances system and market operations and is a critical interface between AEMO and our external stakeholders.
You will be a central point of coordination and support to ensure operational teams effectively and efficiently manage risk and compliance obligations. Acting as a bridge between operational teams and enterprise risk & compliance you will streamline communication manage documentation and track regulatory and technical requirements that support power system and market operations across Electricity and Gas addition you will support initiatives that uplift risk and regulatory compliance management process and improve efficiency across operational functions.
This role can be based at any of AEMOs offices.
