Experience
10 years of overall experience in Business Analysis
Significant experience in leading BA teams and managing complex enterprise programs
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud (SaaS ERP) modules (GL AP AR FA CM etc.)
Proven experience working on Rowan Boothrelated engagements
Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills
Ability to lead requirement gathering analysis validation and documentation
Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP best practices
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
Ability to mentor and guide junior Business Analysts
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for Rowan Booth programs and initiatives
Act as the primary interface between customers business users and technical teams
Gather analyse and document business and functional requirements
Ensure requirements align with Oracle Financials Cloud capabilities and best practices
Drive solution design discussions and support configuration decisions
Manage scope prioritise requirements and handle change requests
Support testing activities including UAT and post-go-live support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success
Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to BA team members
