Job Summary

Qualifications:

Hold a valid New JerseySchool Counselor certificate.
Have excellent experience in teaching and working with children.
Experience working with High School students and with HS transcript data.
Possess data analysis skills in support of credit recovery and graduation goals.
Has a thorough understanding of graduation requirements.
Must be committed to developing familiarity with online credit-recovery program data.
Have excellent integrity and demonstrates good moral character and initiative.
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and sensitive interpersonal skills to relate well with students staff administration parents and the community.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary.
Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing data management.
Bilingual Preferred.
