Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Success Travel this role you will support clients throughout the travel planning and booking process ensuring a accurate and positive experience from start to finish.
This position combines customer service travel coordination and relationship management in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Required Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel accommodations cruises tours and related services

Provide destination information and personalized travel recommendations

Coordinate confirmations updates and booking changes with travel suppliers

Respond to client inquiries via phone email and online platforms

Resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Must be at least 18 years of age

Residency in the U.S. U.K. or approved regions
