We are seeking a Senior Manager Plant Manager to join our Cleveland OH team and oversee all aspects of plant performance driving operational excellence safety productivity and a culture of continuous this critical role you will lead crossfunctional teams Production Quality EHS Manufacturing Engineer to deliver on Annual Operating Plan goals while cultivating a strong SQDCG focus and ensuring predictable highquality outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing operations expertise strong financial and business acumen and a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. You will champion the Regal Rexnord Business System including 80/20 principles and Lean methodologies fostering a futurefocused CI mindset throughout the plant. As a key member of the leadership team you will partner on longterm strategy drive policy deployment and ensure strong daily management systems are in place.
This role also plays a pivotal part in talent developmentbuilding coaching and engaging a highperformance team while promoting accountability inclusion and succession strength across the organization.

Expected Salary: $165000 - $200000 annually
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
