The Opportunity
As an LTIA Service Manager you will be responsible for providing our company with the necessary 3rd party infrastructure platforms and services for various applications. You will ensure the best possible and most efficient services for the end customer at all times particularly in the area of cashless payment at the cutting edge helping to shape the operation of the Worldline application landscape.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Take technical ownership of the technical management of the Citrix environment provided by the Service Provider.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Provider to identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the existing IT infrastructure including servers network cloud technologies license and vulnerability management.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical projects related to IT infrastructure including planning execution and monitoring.
  • Communicate technical topics to management and other stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner to ensure transparency and comprehension.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards security policies and best practices.
  • Monitor the service quality daily/weekly and initiate appropriate actions/escalations if needed.
  • Define and manage actively the order/demand processes with the Service Provider.
  • Prepare project resource forecasts based on input from application managers.
  • Understand the cost principle and manage vendor reports.
  • Support the budget process in cooperation with other LTIA Service Managers and Controlling.
  • Understand the operational processes and consult/support Process Coordinators of Incident Problem Change Critical Period and Capacity Management Processes.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Completed advanced higher education in Computer Science (HF) University of Applied Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
  • 10 Years of Exp
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and Project Management is a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills along with problem-solving and decision-making competence.
  • Very good written and spoken skills in English are a prerequisite.
  • Good written and spoken skills in German are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • High reliability resilience and assertiveness.
  • Strong social skills and ability to communicate/negotiate with different stakeholders.
  • Good financial knowledge is a plus.
