Multi-CEO / Chief Strategic Manager -Textile-Surat-2L
Purpose:
Act as the single-point leader to drive strategy execution and governance across all group businesses ensuring profitable growth capital discipline and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Group Strategy: Define and execute long-term strategy across diverse businesses (manufacturing energy hospitality new ventures).
Business Oversight: Oversee CEOs / business heads of each entity; ensure KPIs budgets and execution discipline.
Capital Allocation: Work with the family/CIO to prioritize capex expansions and new ventures; ensure ROCE focus.
Operational Excellence: Drive cost efficiency process standardisation and performance improvement across entities.
Growth & New Ventures: Evaluate launch and scale new businesses; oversee feasibility partnerships and execution.
Governance & Compliance: Strengthen reporting controls audits and statutory compliance across group companies.
People & Leadership: Build leadership depth succession planning and incentive structures across businesses.
Stakeholder Management: Interface with lenders JV partners regulators and key vendors.
Risk Management: Identify strategic operational and execution risks; implement mitigation frameworks.
Outcome Expected:
Well-governed professionally run group businesses with clear accountability strong cash flows and scalable growth.
