Main Responsibility
The Key Account Executive supports the National KA Manager in driving sales growth strengthening customer partnerships and executing joint business plans with strategic key accounts. This role manages day-to-day operations and administrative work of the Key Account.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Support & Business Management
- Assists the NKAM in managing administrative work and ensures alignment with overall business objectives
- Supports preparation of monitoring of Joint Business Plans
- Tracks and analyzes account monthly quarterly and annual performance against sales KPIs
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Monitors weekly and monthly sales data new product performance identifies gaps & opportunities to maximize sell in and sell out performance.
- Prepares sales forecasts business review reports for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Work closely with demand planning to ensure proper forecasting and stock availability.
- Tracks promotions & competitor activities and shares insights with NKAM for strategic action
- Liase with Shopper Marketing to ensure execution of promotional materials.
- Maintain customer master data pricing updates are correctly.
Account Management
- Two roles are available within this position overseeing Watson & 7 11 or MDC Specialized DT
Your Profile
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales Trade Marketing or Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data tools.
- Solid understanding of FMCG retail dynamics (modern trade preferred
- Excellent communication negotiation and coordination abilities.
- High attention to details and strong ownership of tasks.
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
