The role
Were looking for a Lawyer to join our market-leading national Corporate Practice recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners based in Perth.
Our Perth Corporate Practice acts as advisers to over 180 mining resources and energy companies.
Recent rankings for our Corporate Practice include:
- 1st for ECM deals by volume (2025 LSEG League Tables)
- 2nd for ECM deals by volume (2025 WA Business News League Tables)
- 2nd for M&A deals by volume (Mergermarket Australian M&A league tables Q1 2025)
- 3rd for M&A deals by volume (2025 WA Business News League Tables)
- 5th for Energy Mining and Utilities M&A deals by volume (Datasite Deal Drivers: APAC H12025)

- with 3 years experience in public M&A and/or equity capital markets;
