You will leverage your ability to support team members as they carry out manufacturing while upholding exceptional standards of safety quality and efficiency in accordance with documented procedures.

Core Functions:
- Adhere to and reinforce clean room safety and environmental standards
- Understand production processes and regularly audit for compliance.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees peers and managers to ensure effective communication and professionalism.
- Provide clear directions to the team regarding daily weekly and monthly expectations.
- Analyze production resource availability to meet daily goals escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Train or assist in the training of personnel in manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the development and revision of written procedures.
- Ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
- Use ERP systems in accordance with established procedures to maintain production flow and accurate recordkeeping.
- Monitor and audit inprocess quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Review and complete production traceability documentation.
- Support team members in maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.
- Assign responsibilities to ensure a clean organized and wellmaintained working environment.
- Conduct appropriate lineclearance activities to maintain product traceability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities within production groups to quickly identify and resolve production issues.
QualificationsBackground/Expertise:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- Ability to read interpret and convey instructions to the team
- Excellent attention to detail to produce consistently high-quality results.
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Competency in using computer systems including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regularly required to sit stand and walk.
- Ability to regularly lift push or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally bend twist and kneel
- Ability to frequently perform repetitive motions
- Proficiency in using a microscope
