Responsibilities
M&A Integration & Project Leadership
- Lead customer data migration projects.
- Coordinate tasks across different teams.
- Create project timelines and keep everyone on track.
- Share regular updates with leaders.
Risk & Issue Management
- Spot problems early and help fix them.
- Remove blockers that slow down migration work.
- Support fixing issues in billing renewals or account data.
- Make sure daytoday data stays clean and accurate.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the main point of contact for different teams.
- Help teams stay aligned on priorities.
- Communicate updates clearly and build trust.
- Support training and changerelated activities.
Technical Coordination
- Work with data teams on mapping and migration plans.
- Coordinate Salesforce updates and data checks.
- Support connections between Salesforce Zuora NetSuite and other tools.
- Ensure data quality through testing.
- Track and manage important system dependencies.
Skills and Experience
- Several years of project management experience ideally with complex or multi-team projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (data migration knowledge is a big plus).
- Experience working on data migration projects.
- Familiarity with billing systems (like Zuora) and ERP tools (like NetSuite).
- Background in Revenue or Sales Operations is helpful.
- Project management certifications (PMP Agile/Scrum) are a plus not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills able to work well with different groups
- Willing to work under fixed-term contract for 6 months
