Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support regional airline services routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced aviation leader to step into the role of Senior Manager Airworthiness for Network Aviation. As the Part 42 Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) youll lead our CAMO team to ensure the ongoing airworthiness safety and compliance of our fleet. You will influence strategic fleet decisions govern maintenance programs oversee configuration and technical records and develop high-performing engineering capability within the organisation.
Youll be responsible for:
- Leading the CAMO Part 42 function ensuring the safe compliant and reliable operation of all fleets.
- Providing expert guidance as the CASA-approved CAM
- Overseeing configuration control ICA review and approval service literature assessments AD management and maintenance program governance.
- Delivering CASA Airworthiness Reviews (AAR) and ensuring effective compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Developing strategic asset management plans annual budgets lifecycle forecasts and modification programs.
- Leading and developing a senior team including Fleet Managers and Technical Ops leaders.
- Driving continuous improvement technical governance and reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
Youll have:
- 15 years experience in aviation engineering fleet or continuing airworthiness management roles.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering Business or Aviation Management (Bachelor of Engineering strongly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of CASR Part 42 MOS and CAME requirements.
- Broad engineering expertise suitable for a CASA Responsible Manager delegation.
- Strong leadership experience managing senior technical teams and regulatory post holders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and govern maintenance programs reliability processes and complex asset management plans.
