The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Training Services Quality Systems Specialist to support our Commercial Training Solutions business in Miami Florida. Join a growing team focused on ensuring quality & compliance across a diverse portfolio of solutions including flight training services simulator operations and aircraft maintenance training. As part of a global quality organization you will provide end-to-end quality management guidance to leaders business units and cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will draw on deep knowledge of quality systems to design implement and sustain robust compliance and improvement activities across the enterprise.
A successful candidate will have proven quality management experience in a services delivery training or software business ideally in the aviation industry along with strong expertise in internal auditing and process conformance oversight.
Position Responsibilities:
(include but are not limited to)
- Design and implement innovative solutions for complex quality problems ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Lead the development and refinement of new work practices techniques and quality standards; recognized as a go-to expert within the Quality organization
- Oversee document control processes including issuance revision tracking access management and records retention to maintain quality and compliance
- Develop and deliver tailored training coaching and guidance on audits root cause analysis CAPA continuous improvement and core quality management principles
- Partner with stakeholders to define implement and maintain meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and measure process health
- Plan and execute site system and process audits to verify compliance with industry standards (e.g. AS9100) aviation regulation and customer requirements
- Advise and collaborate with senior leadership to design and deploy process improvements that affect multiple teams and locations driving measurable operational gains
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy setting objectives and selecting approaches while ensuring consistent compliant outcomes across assignments
- Continuously expand your expertise in quality management and best practices to strengthen organizational capability
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a services delivery training or software business.
- 3 years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis CAPA)
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to leadership and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to perform audits and generate actionable findings and remediation plans.
- AS9100 lead auditor certification
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience auditing Approved Training Organizations (ATO) Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) or Maintenance Training Organizations (MTO)
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA or equivalent
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Summary Starting Pay Rate:
Level 3: $93400 - $114600 annually
Level 4: $108800 - $140200 annually
