Job Summary

 

The Project Manager Recruitment will join our Global Recruitment Operations team at a truly exciting time for the organisation. This is a 12 month Fixed term contract role. With lots of digital enhancements underway this role will play a key part in shaping and supporting a variety of recruitment initiatives new technologies and optimisation projects that are helping us evolve how we attract and hire talent around the world.

Were looking for someone with strong project management skills great stakeholder engagement and handson experience delivering recruitment technology solutions.

As part of a collaborative global community youll work closely with our Recruitment Delivery teams HR HRIS Marketing and external partners to bring projects to life and help drive meaningful impact across the business.

Please note - this is a 12 month Fixed term contract role.

Project Management

  • Create and manage project plans milestones risks dependencies and reporting.
  • Maintain regular update cadence with stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Track decisions escalate issues and ensure timely delivery across all workstreams.
  • Monitor progress to ensure objectives timelines and quality standards are met.

 

Recruitment Technology

  • Support HR technology projects related to recruitment systems including system integrations.
  • Support ATS testing configuration and optimisation activities.

 

Process Optimisation and Stakeholder management

  • Analyse recruitment processes to identify opportunities for simplification standardisation and efficiency.
  • Support processmapping and redesign initiatives.
  • Produce documentation including workflows training materials and change impact analyses.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment teams to ensure effective project delivery across global initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to align on priorities and drive consistency.

 

Reporting and Insight

  • Provide accurate reporting and insights on global recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor project effectiveness and highlight areas requiring attention or improvement.
  • Provide input and analysis for the quarterly board cycle highlighting the impact of recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager within Recruitment HR Operations or HR Technology.
  • Experience managing HR or recruitment technology projects (e.g. ATS HRIS CRM onboarding systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs and influence to drive global consistency.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and requirementsgathering capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Power BI for analytics and reporting (preferred).

Additional Information :

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.
