Working alongside project delivery teams as part of our wider Performance & Reporting Leadership team or independently with reach back support to experienced project reporting professionals where responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Driving implementation & continuous improvement in performance reporting processes to create efficiency and benefits for our clients.
- Leading the development of project reporting management plans based on project requirements maturity and best practice.
- Promoting the benefits and requirements of performance reporting within the project and programme team.
- Provide grounded advice to clients on appropriate reporting hierarchies governance and cadence.
- Working alongside IT (E.g. Business Analysts / Data Engineers) to translate reporting requirements into automated workflows.
- Leading teams of project controls / reporting professionals to deliver effective consistent and assured performance information.
- Training and coaching project professionals on project reporting management processes and practices.
- Undertaking line management responsibilities including career development and performance management.
Qualifications :

Already holding SC Clearance is desirable however we advise that if you feel you would be a great candidate for this role please apply
- Experience in undertaking reporting activities on infrastructure related projects (E.g. Engineering / Defence / Utilities / Energy).
- Experience supporting the configuration and setup of project reporting systems.
- Obtained a project controls related qualification (E.g. PMQ / Project Planning & Controls / EVM / Risk Management)
- Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI / Tableau / QlikView)
- Experience in leading diverse teams.
- Desired Familiarity of Project Controls software (Primavera P6 Active Risk Manager Ecosys etc).

Working in teams/site attendance:
- Turner & Townsend cover a large variety of projects nationwide. Site attendance to remote work can vary but there is an expectation of site attendance 3 days a week.
