The Role
Were hiring a Full Stack Engineer to own and scale core product platforms used in AI training evaluation and execution.
This is a high-agency end-to-end role. Youll work across frontend backend data and infrastructure partnering closely with engineers and AI researchers to ship fast reliable and well-designed systems that operate in production.
You will not be handed narrow tickets. You will own systems make architectural decisions and see your work directly impact how advanced AI systems are built and used.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building real products not internal demos.
What Youll Do
End-to-End Platform Ownership
Design build and operate full-stack platforms from APIs to user-facing interfaces
Take ownership of systems throughout their entire lifecycle: design build deploy operate
Backend & Systems Engineering
Build backend services in Python using scalable async architectures
Design and operate robust APIs that support AI-driven workflows
Architect and maintain data layers using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch
Frontend Development
Build modern high-quality frontends using TypeScript and
Collaborate with product and research stakeholders to deliver clean intuitive user experiences
AI & Agent Integration
Integrate LLM APIs agent frameworks or agentic workflows into production systems
Work closely with AI researchers to operationalize experimental ideas into usable platforms
Infrastructure & Deployment
Deploy and operate systems on AWS and/or GCP
Make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed reliability and scalability
Monitor debug and improve production systems over time
What Were Looking For
Experience & Execution
48 years of experience building and shipping production full-stack systems
Proven ability to own systems end to end in fast-moving startup or product environments
Track record of high-pace execution at strong engineering teams
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Python TypeScript and
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch
Experience integrating LLM APIs AI services or agent-based systems
Solid engineering fundamentals and good architectural judgment
Mindset & Collaboration
High ownership mentality you care deeply about the systems you build
Comfortable making decisions with limited process and high autonomy
Strong design sense and attention to developer and user experience
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and AI researchers
Education (Preferred Not Required)
CS background from a top-tier institution or equivalent real-world experience
