Job Summary
- Support and progressively assume responsibility in instant coffee trading activities balancing profitability and risk
- Develop new customers and markets contributing to sales targets and growth
- Monitor market trends pricing and supplydemand dynamics for soluble coffee
- Assist in contract negotiation and execution in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with logistics finance R&D and quality teams to ensure smooth trade execution to customers
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Commerce or a related field with good academic records; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Commodity Trading (e.g. coffee soybeans agricultural products) are welcome.
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- Basic knowledge of pricing hedging and risk management concepts
- Familiarity with trade execution processes including tenders and key contract terms
- Understanding of logistics flows and planning/production processes supporting trade execution
Additional Information :
Role Summary: The Instant Coffee Trader supports physical instant coffee trading and sales activities through market monitoring pricing and contract execution risk awareness and relationship management with suppliers and customers. The position requires a solid understanding of the coffee market strong communication and negotiation skills and close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined and timely execution in line with SUCAFINAs commercial objectives.
