Job Summary

Our client is a consulting company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Business Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand target markets.

  • Analyze market trends competitors and customer needs to build effective sales plans.

  • Establish strong value propositions to enhance competitive advantage.

2. Sales Management & Execution

  • Lead monitor and evaluate sales team performance to achieve revenue targets.

  • Oversee sales activities and ensure compliance with contract terms.

  • Coordinate with Production and related departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.

3. Sales Planning & Data Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance forecasts and KPIs to optimize business outcomes.

  • Develop demand forecasts and align raw material procurement plans.

  • Monitor inventory and propose solutions for long-term stock management.

  • Utilize ERP systems to track performance and improve operational efficiency.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Work with QC and related teams to resolve complaints effectively



Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in steel metal processing or related industries.

  • At least 23 years in a managerial or team leader role.

  • Strong leadership strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.

  • Good command of English.

  • Experience working with Samsung Electronics or related supply chains is a strong advantage.
