Job Summary

Our client is a major healthcare provider based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

They are seeking a multifaceted and brilliant Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer to lead both marketing and commercial strategy for their group and this role you will work closely with executive leadership clinical teams and operational stakeholders to drive patient growth optimize revenue streams and strengthen market positioning while maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing leadership with strong commercial acumen particularly within complex healthcare systems.

Please note - only candidates with solid experience in hospital/clinical environments will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and lead the integrated marketing and commercial strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Oversee all marketing functions including brand digital marketing patient engagement content and communications.
Lead commercial functions including business development partnerships payer relationships and revenue growth initiatives.
Drive patient acquisition retention and referral network development across hospitals and clinics.
Develop and manage relationships with insurers corporate clients and strategic partners.
Identify opportunities for service line expansion new facility launches and market entry strategies.
Ensure all marketing and commercial activities comply with healthcare regulations ethical standards and patient privacy requirements.
Analyze market trends patient behavior and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Oversee performance metrics including patient volumes revenue growth conversion rates and ROI.
Build lead and develop high-performing marketing and commercial teams.
Align sales marketing and operations to ensure a seamless patient journey and strong customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in marketing commercial and/or revenue leadership roles.
Exclusive preference for candidates coming from the hospital clinical or healthcare-adjacent sectors.
Proven track record of driving both marketing effectiveness and commercial revenue growth.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems payer models and regulatory environments.
Experience managing BOTH marketing and commercial functions simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical functions.
Willingness to work Saturdays from 8 AM - 12 PM onsite.
Bachelors degree in marketing business healthcare management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
