Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring of Game Presenters Shufflers and operational roles in our Sofia studio.
Source screen and engage top talent through multiple channels - social media referrals job fairs and creative campaigns.
Partner closely with Team Managers to align hiring needs and priorities.
Conduct structured interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
Support the TA team with local projects reporting and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications :
2 years of hands-on recruitment experience - ideally in volume or operations hiring.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills resilience and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with social media sourcing and data-driven recruitment metrics is a plus.
A proactive team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and people.
