Agile Lead II

What you will do:

You will be part of Experians Credit and Verification Services where our purpose is to empower and inform decisions through data and progress. We turn complex data into clear insights that help businesses understand and support their customers. You will report into the Agile Manager.

• Youll use your knowledge of Agile methodologies to allow one or more cross functional teams to deliver value to Experians customers by guiding Agile events.
• Youll make use of metrics and measures to highlight insight and allow continuous improvement to ensure the team can realise its potential.
• Our Agile Leads ensure that they make any impediments visible and will help resolve any issues that they identify as affecting the teams flow.
• Youll support the team towards an agile mindset and ensure a safe positive and collaborative environment.
• Working with the product owner youll engage the team and ensure they are driving towards the product domains goals.
• Youll engage with the agile community within Experian.
• Evidence a development approach where setbacks are seen as opportunities to learn and improve.

Qualifications :

What you will bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile delivery environment. CSM accreditation or equivalent.
• A personal style that embraces teamwork cares about the work and the team and shares openly and honestly with all.
• Positive enthusiasm and curiosity that helps teams catch the spark of change and imagine new possibilities.
• An understanding of Agile metrics specifically around predictability cycle time throughput and WIP.
• A desire to develop further learning around Agile methodologies toolsets and coaching.
• Understanding of Jira and Azure DevOps
