About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Agile Team Lead to oversee testing processes and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflows maintaining strong collaboration across teams and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software delivery team leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups retrospectives team meetings face-to-face (F2F) sessions and evaluation processes.
• Manage delivery timelines proactively resolve blockers and optimize team performance.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile methodologies fostering a collaborative self-organizing and high-performing environment.
• Focus on continuous improvement by providing regular feedback and promoting team growth.
• Anticipate potential software development issues and address them early to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between development QA DevOps and other teams including third-party vendors or integrations.
• Facilitate effective communication between business technical and operational teams.
• Lead interview processes and contribute to team expansion efforts.

Requirements

• 3 years of team lead experience.
• Excellent English proficiency (B2-C1 level).
• QA background (preferred).
• Motivated ambitious responsive adaptive and proactive with strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to effectively organize and estimate work.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies particularly Kanban and solid understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent leadership mentoring communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sports betting platforms betting products or gaming technology is a plus.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Interviewing skills.
