- Four personalized rotations including one at another Bosch facility within the U.S.
- Exposure to key supply chain functions such as:
- Logistics Planning
- Procurement
- Physical Logistics
- Logistics Controlling
- Insight into end-to-end supply chain processes from supplier management through production support and customer delivery

Responsibilities During the Program
As a Graduate Specialist Supply Chain you will:
- Support planning and execution of logistics and procurement activities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Assist in supplier coordination and performance tracking
- Contribute to inventory optimization and material flow improvements
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Support implementation of digital tools and process automation initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with cost quality and delivery objectives
- Demonstrate increasing ownership accountability and leadership within project teams
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (minor in Data Analytics preferred)
- Current graduating senior or under 2 years out of college
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Masters degree preferred
Experience
- Internship or early-career experience within Supply Chain or Logistics
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Systems-oriented thinking with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally during rotations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 5 pounds without assistance
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

This position operates primarily in a professional office setting. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to moderate.
