Trans Mountain Corporation operates Canadas only pipeline system transporting oil products to the West Coast. We deliver approximately 890000 barrels of petroleum products each day through a dual pipeline system of more than 1150 kilometres of pipeline in Alberta British Columbia and Washington state.
Trans Mountain also operates a state-of-the-art loading facility Westridge Marine Terminal with three berths providing tidewater access to global markets.

Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative motivated and values-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Team Lead Organizational Change this position you will play a critical role in ensuring that organizational projects and change initiatives meet their objectives on time with high levels of adoption. This role will focus on the people and technology side of change including shifts in business processes systems and technology job roles and organizational structures to ensure successful transitions across the department and/or organization.
A key responsibility of this position is integrating enhancing and applying both new and existing management tools methodologies and processes. Working in partnership with the Director the Team Lead will also support the intake and assessment of requests for OCM involvement evaluating the depth complexity and urgency of changes to determine appropriate OCM approaches and resourcing.
The successful candidate is accountable for developing and executing change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment increase benefit realization enhance readiness and promote adoption of new strategies processes and technologies - ultimately enabling the organization to achieve its goals and optimize business performance.
