Job Summary

The Arc Lexington is looking for a Safety & Wellness Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on coordination data-driven analysis collaboration and employee engagement-and who wants their work to make a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do

Our Safety & Wellness Coordinator will coordinate workplace safety injury prevention and OSHA compliance. This role will manage workers compensation claims employee injury reporting and return-to-work programs. They will support employee wellness programs focused on health attendance and injury reduction and track analyze and report safety injury and workers compensation data.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent certification (RN LPN PT Safety Professional Health Coach etc.)
24 years of experience in safety wellness HR or workers compensation
Strong communication organization and data skills
Ability to work independently and present information to groups
Valid drivers license
