- Provide high quality services to VIP customers via different channels
- Responsible for end-to-end resolution efficiency of operational issues
- Work closely with sales team and understand customer profiles
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction and quality standard when in compliance with policy and regulations
- Identify potential risks for major complaints and escalate
Who you are
- Customer centric with problem solving mindset
- Self-motivated to reach resolution proactive and willing to take ownership
- Great communication skills
- Attention to details
- 3 years proven experience in a customer facing role from international company
- Bachelors degree and English CET-4
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications:
- Experience with fintech banking or eComs industry is a strong plus
