Summary:
Responsibilities:
Handle clients document printing scanning and delivery; occasional external errands required.
Manage ordering and purchasing of printer consumables.
Assist front desk and CS teams with administrative tasks including meal ordering and pickup for clients.
Travel to other cities (e.g. Shanghai Shenzhen) for meeting room setup and onsite document support.
Perform other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Friendly proactive and hardworking.
Able to work under pressure.
Occasional outdoor duties required.
No experience required; good English is a plus.
Must be willing to work shifts rotational schedules weekends and public holidays; overtime may be required (with allowance).
