Key Role Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist strengthens MyBrands market presence through strategic marketing programs content and sales enablement that showcase MyBrands capabilities and Client Promise as a trusted partner. Key responsibilities include: Execute the marketing strategy and plan and ensure Account-Based Marketing leverages the full suite of MyBrand capabilities offering innovative solutions to deepen engagement and drive measurable sales results. The Marketing Specialist leads key initiatives that support the sales plan and revenue targets and conducts research to strengthen market positioning and messaging. The Marketing Specialist sets a high bar for excellence is a collaborative team player and demonstrates a growth mindset.

The Marketing Specialist closely partners with the Executive Team the Software Engineer Sales and the Business Coordinator. This role may also interact with other MyBrand team leads and clients when appropriate.

Major Responsibilities

ACCOUNT BASED MARKETING: Partner with Sales and Strategic Sourcing ensuring the full suite of MyBrand capabilities are leveraged to create campaigns directed to decision makers.

  • Partner with Sales and Strategic Sourcing to promote products and innovative solutions using consistent internal processes resulting in external marketing showcasing solutions that wow.
    • Gather and act on a variety data sources including client requests and feedback to lead the creation of unique scalable capabilities (i.e. Global Gift Shop)
    • Partner with relevant stakeholders on capabilities execution and ensuring capabilities are available to the entire sales team.
  • Enhance current client relationships with personalized campaigns designed to meet the unique needs and goals of the client.
  • Create concise well-formatted B2B emails focused on lead generation nurturing sales and client relationships. Offer creative solutions designed for impact personalized attention and clear calls to action.
  • Centralize data in an effective CRM system streamlining marketing efforts and strengthening sales communication..
  • Conduct performance reviews for all MyBrand clients and new business prospects.
    • Communicate review results to appropriate leadership in a timely manner allowing both responsive actions and proactive decision making.

SALES GROWTH: Own and execute revenue-driving marketing initiatives in partnership with salesdeveloping targeted campaigns leading content strategy and creation and growing network connections positioning the team to accelerate the pipeline.

  • Create and manage marketing calendars and content for marketing materials: brochures websites social media case studies and capability presentations leading to deeper engagement and an expanding network.
  • Ensure consistency of voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Research and proactively engage New Business prospects build connections through regular outreach to increase the client network creating real opportunities for New Business pitches.
  • Facilitate implementation and training of marketing materials with team members.
  • Develop and market scalable programs new product launches and capabilities in partnership with Sales and Sourcingbuilding a consistent pipeline of new offerings for the sales team.
  • Create specific internal and external marketing objectives and timelines focused on target audiences aligned to the marketing and sales plans (i.e. beverage prospects gift shop prospects etc.) for connected execution.
    • Build end to end campaigns incorporating market research.
    • Design the new client workflow from onboarding including a structure for hand-offs to the new business development workflow elevating the successful execution of the Client experience.
    • Regularly utilize data to measure progress tailor messaging and respond in an agile manner.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards to track top prospects pipeline progress and new client onboarding to measure diversification.

MARKET RESEARCH: Conduct market research for trends industry analysis the competitive landscape and client account activity to deepen understanding provide strategic positioning and ensure MyBrand is at the cutting edge of innovation.

  • Regularly conduct market research and capture a market analysis:
  • Improve market strategies turning market insight into marketing foresight:
  • Scan for market trends and ladder client account activity .
  • Prepare case studies.
  • Adapt to emerging marketing challenges (i.e. marketing to AI agents).

MyBRAND DIGITAL MARKETING: MyBrands website and online presence will showcase the unique and innovative capabilities MyBrand offers and provide a dynamic user experience.

  • Create MyBrand marketing content showcasing MyBrands capabilities and Client Promise to grow our clients brands through creative solutions exceptional service and Its All Good! teamwork.
  • Update and maintain the MyBrand website to the brand standards.
  • Conduct a quarterly website review and update.
  • Partner with Software Engineer to manage SEO Keywords and make recommendations on increasing national keyword exposure.
  • Write and post to the MyBrand Blog.
  • Maintain presence and promote MyBrand on digital medial sites (i.e. LinkedIn FaceBook Instagram Twitter and professional websites)
  • Partner with Strategy & Culture Officer on key community building initiatives in alignment with MyBrand strategic direction.
  • Manage company mailbox traffic (i.e. )

Education & Experience

  • 3 years experience with marketing and strategy
  • Experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing graphic design or communications preferred
