Payment Operations Analyst

Edenred PayTech is a leading emoney and BankingasaService provider supporting major fintechs challenger banks and Edenred Group solutions across 30 countries. Were growing fast and were looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to help keep our highvolume payment engine running smoothly.
What youll do
Manage and resolve client queries
Complete critical operational and financial tasks with accuracy
Support client onboarding and BAU processes
Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
Produce reports and maintain auditready documentation
Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
Provide primarylevel authorisation for specified financial tasks
What youll bring
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
High attention to detail and disciplined accuracy
Calm reliable approach under pressure
Clear communication skills
Confidence working with data and Microsoft Office
Experience in payments banking or regulated environments (desirable)
A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
