Job Summary

What youll be doing day to day:

As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will:

Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms
Monitor CCTV and deliver timely accurate responses
Support mobile teams during call-outs
Liaise with customers contractors and emergency services
Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting
Provide support during adverse weather emergencies or incidents

Qualifications :

What youll need:

Firstly you dont need security experience well teach you everything!

Were looking for someone who:

Is 18 or over
Has GCSE Maths or English at Grade C/4 (or willing to complete them during the apprenticeship)
Communicates clearly and confidently
Enjoys helping people
Can stay focused under pressure
Pays attention to detail
Works well in a team
Is eager to learn and grow
Demonstrates integrity vigilance and helpfulness our core values
