Job Summary

What Youll Do

Lead multi-site security operations and ensure delivery against SLAs KPIs and client expectations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory contractual and client-specific security standards
Manage and develop Site Leads driving a culture of accountability and high performance
Conduct regular site visits to support teams and maintain consistency across locations
Act as an escalation point for operational issues including participation in the oncall rota
Build strong credible relationships with client stakeholders
Monitor performance identify trends and implement corrective actions
Maintain staffing levels and work closely with support functions (rostering payroll uniforms etc.)
Oversee risk assessments H&S compliance and accurate site documentation
Identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiency
Support the National Account Director with cost control and contract performance
Promote and demonstrate the Securitas core values: Integrity Vigilance Helpfulness

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Essential

Right to work in the UK
SIA Licence
Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
Must be willing and able to commit to achieve DV Clearance
5year checkable employment history
Strong experience managing multi-site security operations
Proven track record of delivering operational performance and compliance
Experience leading and developing teams in structured operational environments
Understanding of UK Government/Public Sector security requirements
Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
Strong knowledge of risk management and resource allocation
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
High level of integrity professionalism and discretion

Desirable

Security Management qualification or similar
Background in law enforcement military or corporate security
eDV (Tier 4) clearance
Experience in critical infrastructure or data centre environments
Project management experience or qualification
