We are currently recruiting for Assistant Stage Technicians to join our Stage Staff department for the 2026 Festival on both Day & Night contracts.
You will be required to work as part of a team in realising the technical requirements of the stage department. This will centre mainly on changing over from one Opera to another running show cues maintaining scenery and equipment to the highest standard. You will assist with handling scenery for fit ups and changeovers as well as carrying out minor repairs.

Rates of Pay and Hours
Days: You will be required to work an average of no more than 48 hours per week including weekends. The weekly salary for this position is currently 773.
Nights:You will be required to work an average of no more than 40 hours per week including weekends. The normal working hours will be 22.00 until 7.00 the following morning. The weekly salary for this position is currently 894.
