Summary Statement
The Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division seeks a Deputy Attorney General (DAG) to represent the Department of Technology and Information (DTI). This DAG position is in the Civil Division Fiscal Integrity and Protection Unit (FIPU) New Castle or Kent County and is primarily responsible for representing DTI. DTI is the States central IT organization responsible for delivering core services to other State organizations and exercise governance over the technology direction and investments of the state. This DAG will serve as general counsel to the Cabinet Secretary/Chief Information Officer and to DTI leadership overseeing six offices: Administration Office Operations Office Technology Office Partner Services Office and Security Office.
