Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the grocery store ensuring compliance with company policies and standards

Manage inventory control and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability

Requirements

3 years of management experience in a grocery or retail environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational budgets

Strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus
