What You Will Bring
Minimum 4-6 years related experience in instructional design and training administration.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools is a plus
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated ability to create curriculum to align with needed training development
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software including PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with field sales personnel to delivery impactful training material.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.

What to Expect
The Sr. Training Support Associate will support the development and delivery of training programs for various stakeholders including commercial insurance field sales teams Safeguard International Training Department and dealership partners. This role focuses on designing and developing engaging training programs ensuring they are effectively implemented and continuously improved. The Sr. Training Support Associate will collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning materials assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to contribute to the organizations addition this role will work closely with the Sr. Manager National Sales Training & Development and team members the Training Support Associate provides administrative and operational support to help maintain training resources support learning initiatives and coordinate training logistics.
What You Will Do
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of both internally developed and vendor provided training materials such as participant guides job aids multimedia presentations and e-learning content including tracking and auditing training materials to ensure alignment with company policies and business practices.
2. Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS) including user enrollment tracking participant progress and generating reports.
3. Collaborate with the Sr. Manager National Sales Training & Development to gather feedback from participants analyze training needs and recommend updates to improve training effectiveness.
4. Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling material distribution and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery of resources.
5. Support the implementation of onboarding processes for new hires by coordinating materials and assisting with training logistics.
