- Strict control of margins and costs
- Building and maintaining excellent Customer Relationships;
- Setting and maintaining quality standards:
- Manage assets machinery and equipment
- Implement maintain and enforce policies and procedures
- Meet goals and manage budget;
- Develop forecasts financial objectives and business plans
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly:
- Share knowledge with other branches on effective practices competitive intelligence business opportunities and needs
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws;
- Ability to implement maintain and enforce policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements- Must possess a relevant Operations Management Degree/National Diploma:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- General computer literacy;
- Good communication and report writing skills;
- Pay attention to detail:
- Basic knowledge of the Health and Safety Act of 1993
- Good analytical problem solving customer service skills
- Computer Literate:
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
