Job Summary

Introduction

A national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors seeks a qualified CA (SA) to join their Pietermaritzburg office in a Senior Manager role. The ideal candidate will have strong audit accounting and tax experience excellent management skills and the ability to lead teams while achieving business objectives.

Requirements include:

Qualified CA (SA) with registration as an auditor (Assurance)
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience within an audit firm
Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution
Experience managing staff and developing teams
Target-driven with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Provide a management role within the Audit Accounting and Tax Department
Business development and client portfolio management
Review and sign off all reports ensuring quality control
Oversee training development and supervision of staff
Implement and manage projects and manage branch revenue targets
