Role Purpose
The Facility Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily facility and site operations of the companys office in Budapest. The role ensures smooth compliant and reliable facility operations through coordination monitoring and communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Responsible for conception planning construction utilization maintenance reconstruction redevelopment and demolition of buildings and other properties (Facility) or responsible for buying selling leasing properties and the strategic development of the Real Estate portfolio

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Operations Responsibilities

• Support daily facility and site operations at company
• Coordinate building operations and facility-related activities
• Identify report and follow up on technical or operational issues
• Coordinate and communicate with external service providers (e.g. maintenance cleaning)
• Support basic operational and facility-related problem solving or escalation

Administration & Documentation

• Maintain records related to facility issues actions and service activities
• Keep required internal documentation and operational logs up to date
• Prepare reports and status updates as requested
• Cooperate with internal departments such as HR Finance and Operations

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a point of contact between internal teams external partners and service providers
• Communicate issues risks and progress in a timely and structured manner
• Support coordination between stakeholders involved in facility operations

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform all job-related duties with due care professionalism and accountability
• Comply with internal organizational safety and security regulations
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Take full responsibility for tasks and obligations related to the position
• Carry out other tasks reasonably related to the role of Facility Specialist
• Support operational improvements and efficiency initiatives when required
• Participate in onboarding or setup of new locations if applicable

Reporting Line

• Reports directly to the designated local facility manager or site lead
• Works under operational supervision as defined by the employer

Communication

• builds collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP
• communicates clearly in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies
• communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers

Experience and Education

• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelors degree
• Fluent Hungarian and fluency in English
