At Boomi our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the frontline for growth in billion-revenue organizations across theMETA regions. This is not a traditional SDR role youll be embedded in a pod structure alongside Account Executives and Partner Managers with a strong focus on strategic outbound and partner-led pipeline generation complemented by targeted marketing event engagement.
Your work will primarily center on outbound account-based prospecting supported by collaboration with partners and selective participation in marketing events designed specifically for lead generation and pipeline creation.
As part of Boomis Enterprise segment youll work closely with some of our most experienced sales professionals gaining exposure to strategic account planning complex deal cycles and multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow fast in Enterprise technology sales and master high-impact outbound motions.
Outbound (Primary Focus) Build and execute strategic account-based outbound outreach in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
Partners Collaborate with Boomis regional partners and partner managers to co-create new opportunities and drive partner-sourced pipeline.
Own enterprise outbound pipeline generation for accounts across the META regions with outbound as the primary motion.
Engage senior stakeholders in conversations around integration automation and AI challenges.
Partner with Account Executives on account planning prospect mapping and strategic outbound execution.
Work closely with Boomis partner ecosystem to identify qualify and progress partner-sourced opportunities.
Maintain accurate activity pipeline and account data within Salesforce.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for sales-qualified opportunities.
Some experience in sales development (SDR/BDR) business development or early-stage account executive roles.
Background in SaaS software or IT services is a plus; strong B2B experience from other industries is also welcome.
Fluent English and Fluent in Arabic.
Proven interest or early success in outbound account-based sales motions.
Consultative business-oriented mindset with curiosity about enterprise IT and digital transformation.
Growth mindset resilience and ownership mentality in a fast-paced international environment.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Familiarity with outbound cadences account mapping and sales engagement platforms.
Prior success working with partners or in partner-led sales motions.
Exposure to MEDDICC or other structured sales methodologies.
Be at the heart of enterprise outbound pipeline creation not just inbound qualification.
Learn and master high-impact outbound and partner motions inside a pod structure with senior mentorship.
