We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Polish market to join our Process Filtration Aftermarket team at our office located in Terrassa (Barcelona).

In this role you will play a key part in developing and expanding our Aftermarket business in Poland through a well-structured sales process supported by CRM tools. You will connect with customers via phone and email to build strong relationships and drive commercial success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales of replacement filters and catalogue products in Poland through phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understand customer needs resolve issues efficiently and recommend product improvements
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales
  • Monitor market trends customer preferences and competitor activity sharing valuable insights with internal teams
  • Consistently work to achieve your sales targets and customer contact goals


Your Profile:

  • Higher education (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role
  • A proactive outgoing personality with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Ability to engage customers confidently and independently
  • Technical aptitude to understand our filtration products (training provided)
  • Native Polish and fluent English are mandatory
