About the Role

As a Commercial Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Italian market you will be at the forefront of Boomis growth. Youll play a key role in generating pipeline and opening conversations with mid-market organizations helping them explore how integration automation and AI can transform their business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career or looking to break into tech sales with the right mindset energy and hunger to succeed.

Youll work closely with Account Executives Marketing and Partners in a collaborative team environment gaining hands-on experience in modern B2B SaaS sales. At Boomi we invest in potential. We care more about your attitude and drive than the number of years on your CV.

What Youll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities in the Italian mid-market segment
  • Qualify inbound leads and turn interest into meaningful sales conversations
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls emails and social selling
  • Partner closely with Account Executives on account research and outreach strategy
  • Identify key decision-makers and map target accounts
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Learn and apply modern sales methodologies and tools
  • Represent Boomis value proposition with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Native or fluent Italian and strong English skills

Experience in SaaS B2B sales retail sales hospitality recruitment or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

  • If you speak Spanish and/or French fluently
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with outbound cadences account mapping and sales engagement platforms.
  • Use of AI
  • Experience with tools like Gong Cognism ZoomInfo
  • Prior success in partner-led or expansion-focused sales.
  • Exposure to MEDDICC or other structured sales methodologies.
