The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Senior Manager Manufacturing Performance on a permanent basis in Regina SK.
We are looking for a leader with deep experience in operational and business performance management to help shape how our manufacturing operations deliver results. As Senior Manager Manufacturing Performance youll drive continuous improvement lead highâimpact initiatives and connect strategy performance insights and execution across the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU).
What youll do:
- Lead the development and execution of manufacturing strategy business plans and operational plans across the MBU aligned with FCL corporate priorities.
- Drive operational and business performance through industry benchmarking performance analysis gap closure and optimization across refinery and ethanol operations.
- Lead and deliver business improvement initiatives and programs including Energy Value Chain Optimization and the Business Performance Management System (BPMS).
- Partner with MBU leadership Technical Services Organizational Performance and Strategy teams to integrate performance insights into shortâ mediumâ and longâterm planning.
- Enable dataâdriven decisionâmaking through effective performance reporting analytics governance and leadership reporting to senior executives and the Board.
