About the Role
As a leading luxury menswear retailer operating across Canada Harry Rosen is seeking a Coordinator Product & Trade Marketing to join our Marketing team.
The Coordinator Product & Trade Marketing plays a key role in supporting the Manager Product & Trade Marketing while working cross-functionally with the Marketing Buying E-commerce and Store teams. This role is highly collaborative with a strong focus on building and maintaining vendor relationships coordinating vendor marketing programs and supporting product selection and go-to-market initiatives.
Youll be involved in managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed seamlessly across channels. From assisting with product storytelling and marketing assets to supporting vendor initiatives and in-store programs this role offers exposure to both the strategic and executional sides of fashion marketing.
What Youll Do:
Product Support
- Deploy product related communications across the organization including product knowledge decks.
- Support the seasonal development of the collections grid and share with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and select key products for features across marketing channels including email social and website.
- Assist in compiling seasonal product investments and defining key marketing priorities.
- Support the development of product guides for key campaigns including detailed SKU and inventory information.
- Support the Final Cut process by providing product and image selections for marketing channels and assisting with the coordination of seasonal photoshoots.
Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners including capturing detailed notes and action items from marketing calls.
- Support in sourcing products from vendors for gifting initiatives and gift bags.
- Request and coordinate seasonal imagery from vendors
- Assist with the creation distribution and follow-up of COOP agreements with vendor partners.
- Support the briefing and execution of trade marketing programs in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Compile post-campaign reports to assess performance and key learnings.
Administration
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Assist with duties and special projects as assigned.
- Liaison between buying vendors and marketing team.
- Understand key tools: SWEFT JESTA and ASANA.
What Were Looking For
- Interest in retail luxury menswear and fashion marketing with a desire to learn and work closely with vendor partners
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional partners
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is an asset
- 13 years of experience in marketing or a related field

** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills experience and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $45000 - $55000 annually.
